THE CLAIM

By Fixed Date Claim Form, dated March 17, 2005, the claimant/ wife brought this

action against the defendant/husband pursuant to the Married Women's Property Act

seeking the following declarations and orders:

1. The claimant is entitled to a one-half share in premises located at Lot 5, 4

West Greater Portmore in the parish of St. Catherine.

2. The said property be sold and the proceeds divided equally between Ihe

parties.
