Certiorari to quash the following award of the Industrial Dispute Tribunal dated
c1 29th August, 2003.

(a) "The tribunal awardsxat the salary structure
shall be implemented, consequent on the job
evaluation and compensation Review Exercise
is one which conforms with and maintains the
established compensation policy/philosophy agreed
on by the parties in the 1990-91 Heads of Agreement
which is based on a formula of thetop 5-1 0 percentile
of the bench marked market.
(b) The effective date ofpayment of the new rates as a result
of the above shall be January 2001.
