<p>Dr. Rupert Brady and his brother Mr. Harold Brady are joibt tenants of property</p>
<p>known as Sea Palms, Harmony Hall situate in St. Mary and regisjered at Volume 1200</p>
<p>Folio 161.</p>
<p>On August 5, 1993 a mortgage was registered on the certificate of title in favour</p>
<p>of Workers Savings & Loan Bank (WS&LB). Mr. Harold Brady das the mortgagor and</p>
<p>I</p>
<p>Dr. Rupert Brady, the guarantor. This mortgage was applied to liquidate two earlier</p>
<p>mortgages on the property. The mortgage was transferred fro4 WS&LB and was</p>
<p>registered in favour of Jamaica Redevelopment Foundation. I</p>
