filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in the latter part of last year.
2. Pursuant to the Matrimonial Causes Act, the Applicant applied for Ancillary
relief and a Summons was issued on her behalf for orders in respect of the custody,
access, care, control and maintenance of the child of the marriage.
