The First Defendant has conceded liability to the Claimant in respect

of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on the 21" August, 1992

involving the First Defendant's motor bus in which the Claimant was a

passenger.

The said motor bus collided into a wall on Whitehall Avenue, in the

parish of St. Andrew whilst being driven by the 2nd Defendant acting as

servant andlor agent of the First Defendant and as a result the Claimant

suffered personal injuries.
