Background

On March 14, 2002 Maxine Wallter instituted proceedings by way of Originating

Sumn~onsfo r the dete~lllillatioilo f issues between herself and Hiram Walker with respect

to property situated at Lot 473 Charlemont, Linstead in the parish of St. Catherine. She

aslted inter alia for a declaration that she was entitled to 95% share of the value of the

said property and Mr. Wallter to 5%.
