This is an Application by the 1'' Defendant. Albert Graham

C. brought by way of Motion for an Order that the Final Juggment

entered herein on the June, 2000 and all subsequent

proceedings be set aside. In order for this aspect of the application

before the Court to be considered, Mr. Graham also asks this Court

that he be granted an enlargement of time to apply to set aside the

said Final Judgment notwithstanding that the time stipulated for so

doing has expired.
