The Claimants are brothers. First Claimant Carlos Stupart is an auto body

repairman who also buys, repairs and sells used and wrecked automobiles from a

location at Salt Marsh in the parish of Trelawny.

The Second Claimant Copeland Stupart is a University lecturer and resides

in the parish of St. Catherine.
