Mr. Christopher Gayle, the claimant, shares the same name as the West
Indian opening batsman and plays cricket as well. The clainiant, like
the test cricketer, is also left handed. This, however, is where the
similarity ends. The claimant worked as sideman on a truck that was
involved in an accident on Noverr~ber 25, 1999. He was on the trl~ck
