e The Plaintiff in the present case is a young man now 21 years of age.
However, on the 19" December, 1996, shortly before his 16" birthday, he was hit
by a motor vehicle owned by the lSt and 2nd Defendants and sustained personal
injuries, suffered pain and incurred loss and expense.
As a result of the injuries sustained, he was admitted to and treated at the
Spanish Town Hospital, until he was discharged on February 19'~, 1997. He has
