On the 10th Junc, 1994, the P l a i n t i f f f i l e d a Writ of Summons
i n which he claims a g a i n s t t h e f i r s t Defendant s p e c i f i c performance of
a contract made between himself and the f i r s t Defendant, concerning lands
a t Rhuddvs Corner i n the parish of Y.bnchester and for an injunction. He
:~lso claims i n the a l t e r n a t i v e , darnngcs for breach of contract, The second
hiendant was subsequently joined as a party t o the proceedings.
The P l a i n t i f f issued a summons for an intcrlocutory injurkctioti
on th- 2nd August, 1594, which was heard and dismissed on the 27th September,
1994. L'~ri Appeal from the order of r t f u s a l of the injunction was allowed
on the 27th February, 1995, when the Court granted an i n t c r l o c u t o r y injunction
and ~ s s u e dd irections for the reinststenicnt of a cnveet which had been
lodged by the P l a i n t i f f .
By a Notice of Motion issued on the 4th July, 1995 the Defendants
