Mr. Alvin Murray was a national prize farmer at the Annual Denbeigh Agricultural

Show in 1996. In February 1996 he submitted an application to the Agricultural Credit

Bank for a loan of $12.5 million at 13 percent per annum interest through the National

Commercial Bank an approved lending institution. He applied for the loan to commence
