Mrs. Ghita Blaltc, the applicant, is the fifty-ninc year old widow of the late

Joseph Blalte who died on Jui~c2 5, 2005. This was his second marriage. She has two

children by a previous marriage. 'rliey are all adults.

She met Mr. Blalte in March 2003 while visiting her native parish of St.

Elizabeth. At thc time, slie lived in ICingston and worlted as a cook at the Uiiiversity
