On January 11, 1993 whilst Lawrence Dennis was driving a bus, it collided with a

vehicle driven by John McAdam. Ramon Barton, who was a passenger in the bus driven

by Lawrence Dennis, sustained serious injuries. At the time, he was nine years old. He

is now 20 years old. His father and next friend Wilbum Barton instituted proceedings

against the driver and Mr. Clinton Wright whom he sued as principal and owner of the

said bus.
